Vectored Artwork Set-Up:
Raster Artwork Set-Up:
- Set artwork up in spot colors using Pantone Solid Coated palette.
- If white is printing, give it a spot color and name it "white" in your swatch.
- All strokes should be at least 1pt. Anything under may not print.
- Do not trap/choke any strokes. We have our own methods of doing this and it varies per job.
- If transparencies are a must to the design, we will properly format the art to screen correctly.
- OUTLINE ALL FONTS
- Gradients should all be spot colors.
- Use the pathfinder to crop objects when possible and expand all strokes.
Raster Artwork Set-Up:
- Set the image up at 100% desired print size, at 300dpi and in CMYK mode.
- Use the Pantone Solid Coated color palette when coloring and keep your colors consistent.
- Name all layers in conjunction with what they actually are.
- Make sure the image is on a transparent background.
- If you want a background, make it on a different layer.
- Rasterize all fonts used.
- Save the file with layers.
- Delete all unused and hidden layers.
- Provide a .psd file.
Maximum Print Sizes
The following images show the maximum print size for generic brand t-shirts. To determine how big you can print for any given order, just look at the maximum imprint area for the smallest shirt size in your order. If you want to print a bigger size on larger shirts, then that will require extra setup, and your piece price will also change to reflect the two different quantities. Our pricing is determined by our ability to setup and run an order. When we have to setup another size of art, it's like doing a whole new job.
When doing oversized printing also known as jumbo printing, adult smalls and mediums are slightly too small for our oversized pallets. We can slide them on, but it stretches the shirt which then warps your image slightly. This is especially noticeable on image that have circles, straight lines, etc.

Orders of 250 units or more receive free discharge ink, water-based ink, or combine it with oversized printing.
Orders of 350 units or more receive free all-over printing up to 1 color.
