Oversized Screen Printing, All Over Printing, & Oversized DTG

Oversized screen printing is a fantastic way to
increase design size and shirt design
possibilities. With dimensions capable of up to 25"
x 36" this allows for very large print areas.
Oversized printing is done with water base ink and
discharge ink depending on the print conditions.
Both leave the garment with a nice soft hand feel
and have a great washability. When printing all
over printing going over many seams it is best to
keep the design to a 1 color print for quality
control. By using all over printing it allows for a
much larger design area, more fashion forward
design capabilities, and a soft hand print feel on
the shirt.
Our direct to garment printing capability allows us to produce low volume jumbo and oversized prints! This is a great option for people needing only small orders, samples, fulfillment, and printing on demand services. Direct to garment printing also has great washability and can achieve superior detail. Due to the large print size of our DTG, we have cur the limits of oversized printing by quantities and prices.
